Daniel is a Chartered Construction Manager, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, and a British American Business Council. He's a strategic commercial leader with 21 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure projects, specializing in commercial operations & contract strategy. His work has supported major transport portfolios across North America and has led to regular speaking and committee roles with the Society of Construction Law. Daniel leads advisory services on high-value projects across Canada and the UK, contributing to programmes exceeding $27 billion in value. He brings deep expertise in claims resolution, progressive contracting models, and commercial governance. Known for navigating complex negotiations and driving practical transformation, Daniel is trusted by senior stakeholders to deliver clarity, value, and long-term commercial resilience.

A keen skier and martial artist, Daniel lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife Jess.

A results-driven and highly experienced Commercial Leader with over three decades of expertise across power, water, rail, highways, nuclear, and general civils. Roger specializes in maximizing financial outcomes, implementing precise cost control measures, and delivering clear, data-driven commercial reporting to ensure projects are executed efficiently and in full compliance with contract requirements. With a proven track record of leading large commercial teams, Roger excels in collaborative stakeholder engagement and fostering strong client relationships. His expertise extends to change management, value engineering, feasibility studies, earned value management, tendering, LEAN processes, and supply chain optimization. Additionally, he is well-versed in risk & opportunity management, social & economic benefit assessments, KPI tracking and compliance. Roger brings a strategic, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach to leadership across complex infrastructure sectors.

A devoted father and fervent follower of his beloved Luton Town Football Club, Roger lives in Altrincham, England.

Michael leads our Commercial team in matters from procurement to final account.

Having initially trained as an accountant, it’s no surprise Michael has built a fierce reputation as a master of numbers. His industry experience extends across Highways and Utilities, with Michael's intimate knowledge of supply chain dynamics, commercial assurance, and financial controls ensuring his clients budgets are properly managed.

His dependable nature and commercial astuteness mean that Michael's advice can be leveraged by his clients to ensure the very best commercial results.

A father of two and a lover of sports, Michael lives in Uttoxeter, England with his family.

Leann Corbitt

Executive Assistant

Leann plays a key support role for our leaders and integrating our team’s efforts.

With extensive experience across administrative management and digital media, she ensures smooth communication between clients and Civex personnel while handling the critical tasks that give our team the space to do their best work.

Leann also manages the demanding schedules of our leadership team and maintains our digital presence, keeping a seamless flow of information that drives our projects forward.

In her free time, Leann enjoys roller skating and jiu jitsu. She lives in Denver, Colorado.
